Light C-Betting

Light C-Bet: When the pre-flop raiser continues to show a strong hand and also to help raise the pot.

Board Texture

This is about how the flop comes out. If a flop has a chance of giving people amazing hands, like three cards of the same suit or T98, those are wet since there is a good chance someone can connect with them. This is bad for us. We would rather have a dry texture, that way, players would be more likely to drop, and we can light c-bet.

Equity

The more Equity we have, the more we would want to raise because we would also have better implied odds. Equity is very important and can make or break a bet.

Showdown Value

Showdown value is how strong a hand is at showdown if it isn't improved in the turn and river. After the flop, if you have no pairs or any draws, your hand would have no showdown value.

Multiwayness

This is about having the lowest amount of players going into the flop. With more players still in, this decreases your chances of winning as there is a higher chance that more players might have connected with the board.

Position

Finally, we have position which, of course, we would like to be in position as that is always a good thing.

C-Bet Sizing

This is a great way to approximate how much you should be betting when doing a light c-bet.
